Support with in-house training on social media strategy and how to effectively utilise the main business platforms

BRIEF

Green-tech is the UK’s largest landscaping supplier, providing quality landscaping materials and wholesale garden supplies for landscape contractors, architects, designers and landowners. They approached Pick & Mix Marketing for some group and individual training in 2019.

PROCESS

We worked with Green-tech to design training sessions for content and strategy as well as training the team on how to use the 3 main social media platforms. The focus of the content and strategy training was to help them identify key customer groups, segment target audiences, create key messages per customer group, plan content, tracking and setting goals in Google Analytics and measuring and reporting on activity. Whilst the specific social media platform training focused on each individual platform.

THE RESULTS

Following the group training Green-tech then booked individual training for a new staff member.

Feedback showed that the sessions met the needs and expectations of those attending extremely well and has allowed those who attended to continue to develop in their roles.
